Here are 3 views of the island. The island is devoted to au natural sunbathing. The rules are, once you reach the island you must get undressed, everything comes off. There is a pool with a swim-up bar, as well as a bathroom on the island. They do bring over some food at lunchtime. If you want to sunbathe topless, and not totally nude, you can do that on the mainland beach or the dock.
