Discovery Cove is in Orlando Florida. It is associated with Sea World which is across the road. The park limits the number to 1000 visitors per day. This means it's never crowded.

This park is expensive but you do get a chance to swim with the dolphins. We found you don't really swim with them but you do get to spend time with them in the water. You are divided into groups and assigned a time for your "swim". You do get to touch the dolphin and have some one on one interaction. The entire experience is filmed and they also take still photos you can purchase later .
