California 2002 Trip
This year I flew to the Los Angeles area first. I spent my first night with my friend John M and his lady Penni. We went out to dinner my first night up in the hills overlooking the San Fernando Valley. The next day John was kind enough to take me to Hollywood & Highland in Hollywood to be a real tourist.
The next 2 days were spent working the CA accounting & business show. I also got to see my friend Kat for dinner one evening. Then it was a quick flight up to Oakland to see my sister, brother-in and Aunt Eva. We had dinner together that night.
The next day Elaine and I drove down the coast to Monterey & Pacific Grove. We stayed at Asilomar State Park. During our stay in that area we went to Old Fisherman's Wharf, Cannery Row, the Monterey Aquarium & of course drove along the coast and walked on the beaches.
